Nice hotel for a business trip

Nice clean hotel with great friendly staff. Breakfast was good and hotel restaurant was not a bad option for lunch. Language can be a barrier but solvable with google translate. Will stay here again on my next business trip.

No decent parking; only option is underground without an elevator to the lobby, problem starts there having to walk with luggage through car access ramp, not safe. Receptionist at check in was rude, she was full of attitude. Rooms are not clean, bathroom is minuscule. Toilet clogged and not fixed after 2 days complaining. Towels and bedding not replaced even after asked. Smelly towels, as well as pillows. Housekeeping, when they came, did not clean shower floor. Hotel does not give confidence that it is a clean place. Only exception to a really bad experience was the receptionist in the last day; Eduardo was helpful with a last minute issue we had. His good willing was not enough though, we’ll never stay there again.

Experiência muito ruim. Tive uma experiência bastante negativa com o serviço prestado pelo hotel. A equipe precisa de treinamento urgente, faltou o mínimo: educação e cordialidade, especialmente na recepção e restaurante. O café da manhã também foi extremamente desorganizado. Em mais de um dia faltaram diversos itens e, em um deles, chegou ao ponto de não ter pratos, café e até pão. O hóspede precisa avisar a equipe para repor, e mesmo assim a reposição demorou muito, o que é inaceitável. Além disso, considero uma má prática o hotel solicitar explicitamente uma “avaliação positiva” ( a aviso dentro do elevador conforme foto). Avaliações devem ser consequência natural de um bom serviço. No geral, foi a pior experiência que já tive em um hotel.

Como era domingo levantamos um pouco tarde, cheguei no café 9:50. Estava muito ruim, vários outros hóspedes reclamando e fazendo pedidos aos funcionários, por manteiga que acabou naquele dia, eu gosto muito do hotel fico a anos, mas infelizmente a experiência de café da manhã de hotel que minhas filhas apreciam muito não foi entregue.

O elevador do estacionamento não funcionava e foi dito pelo atendente do checkout que deveríamos descer a escada se quiséssemos acessar!!!!! 2 vezes foram bater na porta (10h30 e 11h), sendo que 10h30 a moça entrou no quarto, perguntando se queriam que arrumasse o quarto, mesmo tendo dispositivo eletrônico na porta de que havia alguém no apartamento!!!!!! Após uma semana é que estou avaliando o hotel. Pra mostrar o quanto de raiva eu passei.
