Beautiful ground floor apartment, as big as a house with highspeed 100mbs NBN, BEACH, Coles, Aldi, Pharmacy, Post office, Dan Murphys, takeaways all less than 5 min walk. 100m to the beach. 4 large bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms with your own private backyard and entertaining area plus a shared saltwater pool. Perfect staycation or work from home spot. Ground floor apartment is located in a quiet area yet so close to EVERYTHING. There is only 1 other apartment in the building. NO Schoolies accepted.



The whole extended family can stay comfortably in our large 4 bedroom ground floor apartment. There is only 2 apartments in the building each on their own floor with private outdoor entertaining areas and a communal pool area. The apartment has its own Highspeed 100mbs unlimited NBN (speed may vary at peak times). Perfect place for a staycation being so close to the beach, shops and everything that the Gold Coast offers and YES! we have a Nespresso Coffee Pod machine in the kitchen.



Rest assured, we always ensure the apartment is sparkling clean.

** Please note: this is not a Party house - we like our neighbours and we appreciate them. This is a residential area and noise restrictions apply. Please no loud noise and definitely no large parties at any time of the day.

There is a large TV in the lounge room and an additional TV in the master suite. There are boxes of toys and board game for the kids to enjoy and a book shelf with a selection of books for all ages. We have free unlimited WIFI for everyone to use without restrictions.



The kitchen has plenty of bench space with a brand new fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, cooktop, microwave and everything you could possibly need during your stay from platters to cutlery and everything in between - including an espresso pod coffee machine for lovers of coffee. The dining table is large and seats up to 10 people. There is also 3 bar stools for extra seating at the kitchen bench.



You pop out the back door to your private outdoor entertaining area with large lounge, bar stools overlooking the pool, outdoor kitchenette with bar fridge and sink.



This overlooks your own private grassed yard and the shared pool area. In the pool area you can enjoy the bbq, sit at the table under the large umbrella, relax on the sunloungers and enjoy a meal.



You`ll also find the laundry off the patio area with a toilet and sink - especially useful when using the pool or entertainment area.

We supply all linen including bath towels and beach towels so you just need to bring your clothes and you`re set!



Kids absolutely love the pool. The pool is large being 9.5m x 5m plenty of room for them to swim and play games or for you to leisurely float around without having to share a pool with the rest of the world. Please note - the pool is shared with the upstairs apartment.



The beach is so close - through a shortcut to the beach 2 houses down. We are lucky on the Gold Coast to have awesome parks, bbq`s, picnic tables, paths for walking/skateboarding/riding/running which extends along the whole length of the beach. Once you arrive, you don`t need get the car out to enjoy the surrounding area - you can walk to everything!



It is literally quicker to walk to the local shops than it is to drive and with a Coles, Post office, cafe`s, pizza, Noodle box, Sushi Train, bank, ATM`s, bus stop + more it is also so convenient. Across the main road you will also find Aldi and Chinese. The next block over and right in front of the beach is the North Burleigh Surf Club and The Miami (local bar and restaurant recently renovated with great views)- literally everything is within walking distance!



A 20 min walk along the beach is all it takes to reach the trendy James Street district of Burleigh Heads with some of the yummiest restaurants, cafes and boutiques.



If you`re a serious shopper or you want to go to the movies you will find the Pacific Fair shopping centre which is an 8 minute drive away or the Robina Town Centre Shopping Centre, only 10minute drive away. These are 2 of the biggest shopping centre`s in Australia with absolutely everything you can think of. No car no worries - the bus leaves from the Miami One shopping centre for travel north to Broadbeach or Surfers Paradise or Christine Avenue if you`re heading to Robina. Uber is also a cheap easy way to get around.



Skilled stadium is just a short 10 minute drive or an easy bus ride away.



Surfers Paradise is only a 15 - 20 min drive away with all it has to offer.



Byron Bay is only an hour away and makes a great place to visit for the day. We can also suggest drives to enjoy the beautiful Gold Coast hinterland and where the best Rainforest walks are.



We love this area and we know that you will love it too.



You have access to the whole lower level 4 bedroom apartment and all it contains. You have your own private yard leading to the shared pool and BBQ area. To be honest, the upstairs apartment rarely uses the pool area as we have our own large private verandah so you will most likely have the whole yard to yourself.



We have a lockbox for self check in however I am more than happy to meet you on arrival to show you through, answer any questions and hand over the keys. I am available via phone if you require anything during your stay.

The Beach, Parks and Supermarkets are all so close you don`t need a car to access any of them. Its less than 5 mins walk to everything you need. Actually we`ve had whole families stay without needing a car. It`s only 15-20mins from Gold Coast Airport with a bus that leaves from the airport to just down the road or a cheap Uber trip from the airport.



The bus is located right outside the Miami One Shops, just 100m from the front door.



Robina and Pacific Fair are two of the best Shopping Centres on the Gold Coast and are less than 10 mins away. Pacific Fair has a free bus that picks up from Miami One Shopping centre each day (please check their website for times).



Skilled stadium is also only 10 mins away. Buses available from Christine Avenue to Skilled Stadium.



The area is very flat and easy to get around for the whole family.

Please note: We love to encourage families and groups of friends to get together and enjoy our home so please enjoy for birthdays, Christmas and get togethers with family and friends. Have a BBQ, swim in the pool or just laze around on the outdoor lounge in your private yard. However this is not a `party` house. Family`s live in this area. We ask you to respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum with all music turned down and no loud noises/talking after 9pm during the week or 10.00pm on weekends. No large parties at any time of the day or night. We DO NOT accept bookings for Schoolies as it is not appropriate for this area. Inappropriate behaviour or drug use is not acceptable. Any guests infringing on this will be asked to leave without refunds available.



Dogs are allowed. We kindly request that Pets are not permitted on the furniture. Please also note that owners will be responsible for the full cost of any repairs or replacement of any damages occurred by their pet.
