Had planned to enjoy the fabulous views from this property while having my tea, coffee, and breakfast in my own room. Unable to locate a kettle / coffee machine or toaster. 3 phone calls (2 of which required being on hold for over 30 mins to speak with someone), to be told that they were there.....but where?? Told it would be followed up and someone would let me know...still waiting...I was there for 3 days. Some of the glassware and crockery was not clean.
