Experience the ultimate coastal chic living in our 3-bedroom apartment, ideally located in the vibrant heart of Broadbeach, just a short walk from the beach.

Imagine enjoying stunning north-facing views of the ocean and city from your beautifully furnished living room, kitchen, and balcony on level 39. This cozy apartment also features a well-equipped kitchen and a laundry room that's all set up for your convenience. Enjoy all the comforts of home while taking in those amazing sights.

You'll be within walking distance of the beach, popular restaurants, bars, Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre, Kurrawa Beach Surf Club, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, The Star Casino and various entertainment options, with convenient access to the tram network.

Upon your arrival, you will find essentials such as bed linen, towels, toiletries, and kitchen supplies provided for your ease. Additionally, take advantage of the building's swimming pool and BBQ area located on level 20.

One free parking spot is available for your use in the onsite undercover parking area.

Sleeping 6 this apartment consists of a King Bed, Queen bed and Queen Sofa Bed.
