No more than a scam
It was an abysmal experience. We had booked a room boasting an ocean view, yet we were met with the complete opposite, a grievous error indeed. Despite paying a premium for the ocean view, we received no compensation for the discrepancy. When I inquired about this issue, the officer promised a callback that never materialized. I am utterly exasperated by their empty promises and have resigned myself to the belief that they will never follow through. The room’s floor was inundated with beach sand, turning our supposed haven into a gritty nightmare, while the kitchen had been usurped by a veritable empire of cockroaches. To add insult to injury, our nights were plagued by incessant noise from outside, robbing us of any semblance of restful sleep.

The accommodation we were given on arrival was OK but during th night the smoke alarm started to sound off at midnight until around 5.30 am. I sent an email to Coastal Letting informing them what happened and they moved us to another suite. I was supprised that there was no checks done to avoid tjis situatin. The new room was good no problems.

The property could be updated, the access to the car park should be changed to a swipe access instead of a key sensor on the dash as the sensor on the roof isn't very good, had issues almost every day for our three week stay with getting into the car park due to the sensor on the roof not working properly. The pool and BBQ areas need to be open later or even just on a Friday and Saturday to be open later
