「Love staying here when we are in Louisville. 」

「The breakfast staff was excellent, overall the food good but the eggs were terrible! In general reception was good but when we checked in the receptionist was not very “positive “ nor was she welcoming. The young gentlemen and a younger lady (both evening and early AM hours) were fine but our check-in was very underwhelming. Nice location」

「The Grady is worth booking for sure. Rooms have 15 ft high ceilings, comfortable bed, luxury living! And make your way to The Wild Swann. Great food and drinks.」

「There are NO STAFF ON SITE. I was on tour, which means we often check in after midnight, after a show. It terrified me to arrive at the hotel to find that I needed a security code to gain entrance, a code that was buried deep within several looooong messages from the hotel. At 3am, I am standing outside on an empty street, with no eye witnesses with thousands of dollars of gear, stressed because I couldn't find the check-in code. I messaged customer service and NEVER heard back until they...

「Our room was comfortable. The only thing to me that lacked was that the TV was too small. It had a nice shower and comfortable bed. I did love the historic atmosphere of the hotel—almost like stepping back in time! It was also convenient to several nice restaurants. Great breakfast we had at the cafe! The check-in, restaurant, and valet staff were very helpful and courteous!」

「The king suite was perfect for two adults and two children on pullout sofa. Very Comfortable,Clean and spacious. The pool is smaller but has a great seating area. We took advantage of evening snacks and breakfast with made to order omelets. Building is beautiful It was a great visit」
