“While my experiences at Motel 6 establishments have been a mixed bag, I can say whole-heartedly that the staff running The Dalles Motel 6 has it all figured out :) Warm greetings, modern/remodeled rooms, a location that is easily accessible, and VERY quiet at night - great value too. “This is not a place you would want to stay for more than one night. We put our crew up in this hotel for three nights for a local job and nobody was happy. They advertise a breakfast available, but each day our crew went to the “breakfast” area they were greeted by no more than 5 honeybun packaged pastries and some carafes of juices. The bathrooms and showers were not well cleaned, hot water was inconsistent, and there was no soap, shampoo, or conditioner provided. Only hand soap in a dispenser……

“Everything form this place was top notch Excellent!! With particular Front Desk agent who checked us in his name is Alex he provided beyond excellency of Customer Service!! The only thing we experienced was not good was we have received a restaurant charges on our bill which I always paid my credit card physically at the restaurant register and never charged to our room but the staff refunded all the restaurant charges to my card was charged to our room.
