A wonderful week in Gordes

The location of the property is fabulous - just. few minutes walk to the centre of the town - it’s not a smooth one, so you do need to watch your step on the stoney path but it was no issue for our family. The house is gorgeous and is full to the brim of incredible artwork, trinkets, vintage furniture and amazing literature. It is well maintained on the whole and we were happy with the cleanliness of the bathrooms and bedrooms. The pool is gorgeous too. But do take or buy floats/toys for the pool if you have children with you. Lots of outdoor seating options - we ate/sat outside every day. Lots of grass/green space for children to run around and explore too. Kitchen is extremely well equipped which we thought was brilliant. Great facilities to wash/dry clothing/towels too. It felt like a home away from home with the most incredible views in the most spectacular town. We loved every moment of staying at Mas Des Papillons and all adults said they would stay again. Thank ou for having us.

Mas des Papillons - august 2024

I stayed in Mas des Papillons for a week this summer and couldn’t be happier! Cedric and his team were amazing and made me feel so reassured about booking this house for my family. The property was stunning and had the most breath taking views and gardens. The house is a stones throw away from the village of gordes and we walked there many times each day and enjoyed the proximity to town. The cleaning staff was so friendly and helpful as well. I would love to stay here again! The air conditioning kept each bedroom cool and the rest of the house stayed cool naturally.

Très beau Mas provençal

Un très joli grand mas provençal, très bien situé, sans vis à vis, avec un accès direct au village par un petit chemin. L'intérieur très bien décoré dans un style provençal de qualité beaucoup d'espace, appréciable lorsqu'on est nombreux, l'extérieur charmant, beau jardin avec plusieurs terrasses où l'on peut se reposer ou prendre l'apéro, ou lire tranquillement. Beau jardin, avec des oliviers, des lauriers roses, lavandes, cyprès .etc .. qui donnent un ensemble agréable, apaisant et parfumé. La piscine un peu en contre-bas que l'on rejoint par un escalier de pierres est super agréable, et assez vaste. Dans cette maison et dans ce jardin, où que vous posiez votre regard, c'est beau. Cuisine très bien équipée, il y a tout ! Chambres confortables et toutes climatisées. Très bon séjour, très bon accueil. Top!

Amazing stay in Gordes at Mas des Papillons

We enjoyed an amazing stay at the Mas des Papillons in Gordes. The house and property are even more beautiful than described and in the photos. Our group of two families, 10 people, were comfortably and spaciously accommodated in the home. The kitchen was perfectly organized and equipped for many shared meals made from our daily purchases at the local markets. The beautiful gardens and pool made for nice, relaxing afternoons and evenings. Cédric, our host from serenity rentals, was attentive to our every need. We look forward to returning.

Perfect location and exceptional home

We were a group of 8 friends celebrating many milestones together and had a fantastic week. We hated to leave. The comfortable furnishings, decor and artwork, outside sitting areas, and pool were absolutely beautiful. The view and gardens are stunning- still smelling the jasmine! Having the gate to the path was wonderful for our many strolls into town. I would recommend renters to carefully note the described configurations of the bedrooms and bathrooms if you have multiple families or children. I hope to return someday. We fell in love with the home, Gordes and the Luberon. Merci to the owner for sharing this extraordinary gem with us.

Amazing Stay in Gordes

The Mas des Papillons was the perfect place for a relaxing week in Gordes. Everything about the house was impeccable, the layout, the furnishings, the art, the well stocked kitchen and beautiful pool and patio area. It immediately felt like home. The centre Gordes location was ideal too; very quiet but just a five minute walk from the town center with all it great restaurants, bakeries and shops. It was also an ideal location for making trips to other sights of the Luberon like Lacoste, Saint-Remy de Provence and the Fontaine de Vaucluse. The property manager Cédric was extremely responsive to make sure we had a great stay. We can hardly wait to return.

Lovely property in Gordes

Beautiful property and great location as it’s an easy walk to town. The property is well furnished and very comfortable inside and around the grounds and pool. The property manager was very responsive and helpful.

Séjour parfait dans cette superbe maison à cinq minutes à pieds Du centre de gordes. Magnifique jardin et grande piscine sécurisée . Maison compatible pour 3 familles avec ses espaces indépendants. La maison est par ailleurs très bien décorée et équipée.

Très belle maison avec de beaux espaces séparés magnifique Jardin Super piscine séparée par une porte (plus sécurisant qu'un rouleau je trouve) Accueil et suivi du gérant parfait. Petite suggestion d'amélioration: améliorer le wifi car la connexion en prises CPL est aléatoire Tout le reste était parfait.
