Gordola 15 km from Locarno: Small, rustic house "La Verzaschina", 2 storeys, semi-detached, surrounded by trees. In the resort, in a quiet position in the residential district, 2.5 km from the lake, west facing position. For shared use: small garden. Private: patio, barbecue. Motor access to the house. Parking. Shop 1 km, grocery 150 m, shopping centre 1.4 km, restaurant 350 m, bus stop "Gordola Municipio" 150 m, bathing lake "Lago Maggiore" 2.5 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago Maggiore, Lago di Lugano, Lago di Como. Hiking paths: Valle Verzasca, Vallemaggia, Centovalli, Cardada, Monte Tamaro & Splash and SPA. Please note: not suitable for small children. Not suitable for children under 10 years.
"Verzaschina", 2-room apartment 45 m2 on 2 levels. Simple and cosy furnishings: kitchen-/living room (3 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso (mitnehmen) extra) with open-hearth fireplace and radio. Exit to the patio. Shower/WC. Heating. Upper floor: open living/sleeping room with 1 sofabed (90 cm, length 200 cm), cable TV, flat screen and radio. Exit to the balcony. 1 large double bedroom with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Patio partly roofed. Deck chairs (2). Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Die Lage ist super, vor allem wenn man wie wir mit dem Rad unterwegs sein möchte. In 10 bis 25 Minuten ist man am Lago, die Unterkunft liegt nicht sehr hoch, sodass man prima direkt von dort starten kann. Bad, Spüle, Kühlschrank, Herd, Betten waren sauber. Ansonsten schien länger nicht geputzt zu sein. Leider gab es viele Ameisen.

Kletterausflug ins Verzascatal

Als Ausgangsort für einen zweiwöchigen Kletterausflug ins Verzascatal war die Unterkunft ideal. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Nette Vermieterin und entspannte Athmosphäre. Unterkunft würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen.

Eine gemütliche kleine Wohnung.....wirklich nur für 2 Personen. Es war draussen kalt deshalb haben wir in der Wohnung gefroren, gut gab es eine Wolldecke fürs Sofa ! Die Betten sind bequem und warm........

Gemütliches kleines Rustico

Das Rustico ist gemütlich und sauber. Die Wohnküche ist etwas eng, hat aber alles was man braucht. Für unseren Geschmack stehen zu viele Sachen herum (z. B. viele Kochbücher), da könnte man mal ausmisten. Die kleine Stube im OG ist gemütlich. Das Schlafzimmet gross und die Matratzen gut. Der Sitzplatz mit der Pergola ist schön, allerdings hatte es sehr viele Mücken. Die nette Besitzerin wohnt nebenan und hat einen Hund. Dieser macht sein Geschäft auch schon mal in den Vorgarten, wo man durchlaufen muss. Das fanden wir sehr unangenehm. Das Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.
