「Really enjoyed our stay」

「Quiet clean and ideally situated 」

「One of the only complaints is that each day, we had to call to request towels. They did not leave towels for even the amount of people that were in the room.」

「Room was clean. Plenty of space, living area, bathroom and kitchen appliances (washer and Stove). Staff were very helpful, polite and assisted with luggage on arrival. Given directions to public parking lot just around the corner, with entrance from the rear of the pub also providing access to the parking lot. (Pay and display). Lot clears out after school day ends, and first hour free, no charge 6pm to 8am, the first hour free the next day. Had supper at the venue, good food, basic menu....

「Great stay the hotel has an excellent atmosphere. Staff weee extremely helpful and always happy to assist where they could. Food in the restaurant at night was superb as was the full emglybreakfast. Rooms are small but functional but clean and all that you need. Bed was comfortable shower was great.」

「So far everything nice in Grains Bar Hotel. Just light so dark 」

「Very good ! I love it 」

「Large, sprawling property with good amenities for wheelchair customers but with long corridors that may be challenging for guests who have other walking aids or breathing difficulties. Excellent breakfast with a good range of hot and cold items and some healthy options. Warm and friendly greeting from staff on arrival. Large car park that empties out overnight but VERY busy on a Sunday morning (extremely difficult to find a vacant space). Easy to pay for parking using a machine in the lobby...

「The bathroom lock door is non-existent and broken. There are some stains on the carpet. Quite disappointing that there is no mini fridge in the room. 」

「Room was very clean. Staff were really friendly and welcoming. Food in the restaurant was delicious. My only criticism would be that there was only a small desk top fan. And in the middle of a heatwave the room was ridiculously hot.」

「各方面都很好，早餐特別好。只是，房務人員把我自己帶來的毛巾丟了，這部分很困擾。」

「No problems with anything」

「Friendly staff. Good food and bar service. Did not use pool and gym services. What was not up to par was condition of property. Black mold and a leak in corner of lounge area. Room very strange door on bathroom and worn furnishings.」

「The young woman checking us in was not very welcoming, and when waiting for a drink while the other bar staff was busy away from the bar, she was stood at the computer and acted like we was a inconvenience when we asked for a drink. All the other staff was lovely.」
