"Great room with good modern decor, certainly a step up from the standard motel offering in NZ. Also loved the additional communal kitchen if you need more than the microwave in the room. Parking was a bit of a pain during the day because a lot of non-guests appear to use the car park and it's not policed."

"When I arrived it was getting late, the lady at the counter was very nice and made my check in easy after a tiring day traveling. They gave me a bigger unit which I am very greatful for, it was also spotless and spacious. Cleaners kept everything in order, and do an excellent job. The site is close to the Richmond town center that has everything you will need on holiday and even a cinema 'Silky Otter' (10 min walk). For me, it was like a nice little home away from home and I look forward to visiting again. Thank you very much, team."

"Simply gorgeous. Very well thought out space. Exceptionally clean. Very warm. Enjoyed the local walks, down by the lake is suitable for pram. A little temporary baby proofing would be required by guests if the baby could crawl- which would be doable without bringing anything extra. Luckily our baby can’t quite crawl. It was all the soul goodness of hiking without carrying baby up a mountain. Hope to stay again. "
