“Very nice ”

“Great place to stay. Our whole family was able to be together and spend quality time with one another. It was comfortable and welcoming! It was so helpful to have a stocked kitchen, large table (big enough for everyone to eat around), and a washer and dryer. The game room was an added bonus! The trail around the house was really the only place to explore near the house. The roads are narrow, so walking or biking were not safe. However, the town was 10-15 minutes away and allowed for many……

“Paul and Kyle have this beautiful cabin and it was the perfect vacation home for our family to spend at. Definitely needed the peaceful R&R and this cabin did just that. Would definitely stay again and wish we could’ve stayed longer! Thank you guys!”

“Quick getaway for family. Cabin was excellent, beds very comfortable, wood floors, 2 br, 2 bath perfect for our group. Nice jacouzi in master br upstairs. Ramp to front door, perfect for our elderly dog. Only thing the kids didn’t like was no internet at the cabin - would have to go to the spa to have internet. Sliding glass door to balcony with chairs was a plus.”

“The house, the views, and amenities were exactly as described online. And, it exceeded what was written with a few surprise features - like bluetooth a enabled stereo system, zone speakers (inside and outside) that easily connects to your phone. Great Place!”

“Very serene location in a resort community. House was spacious and well equipped with anything you would want. Great wifi. Very nice grill for our group to have a fun dinner. We never even got to try the community pool The area is an absolute gem with eclectic shops and spectacular views. The state park is a short drive away and well worth an afternoon on a clear day.Overall, I would recommend this property and use it again. The only MINOR tweaks I would suggest are upgraded mattresses……

“Beautiful house, great views, lots of space and plenty of bedrooms! Very clean, everything worked as it should. Very private, no neighbors on top of you but close to town and attractions. Grandchildren loved the swings and we enjoyed ping pong and the pool table! We had a fantastic time hanging out on the deck and especially the screened porch in the evenings. Would stay here again!”

“This cabin was very cozy and had plenty of space for my teenage son and pre-teen daughter to spread out and have their own space. We spent most of our evenings together in the family room playing games or watching a movie. The cabin is located in a beautiful, quiet community. It was a short 5 minute walk from the cabin to the community's outdoor pool, which is well maintained. The cabin is also conveniently located--an easy drive to downtown Berkeley Springs and the Cacapon State Park.”

“Remote location with a fantastic view. Many wildlife to observe. The only thing that did not meet expectation is the noise from the main road across the valley. The cabin is still secluded and hard to see from the road when driving. The house and kitchen are stocked with a lot of things. Recommend for a getaway to enjoy God's creation.”
