Staff was wonderful, room was great, pool/hot tub/steam room were clean and running seamlessly. Restaurant & lounge on site were amazing - great food, especially the specials, with a great atmosphere to relax after a long day of skiing/snowmobiling.

Very cozy and homey. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Delicious continental breakfast and great dinner options at night as well as live music on both Friday and Saturday.

This place is like a little hidden gem. If you have kids, there will a an indoor pool, tot tub, sauna, steam room, small game room, on-site restaurant and snowmobile/ski areas right there! There’s also a bar that’s convenient for the parents after a day of fun in the NH North country. Brewery down the street (1/2 mile) is also a good spot for food/drinks.

We have stayed here numerous times, but unfortunately, this stay was not the best. The parking lot and entry ways were an absolute mess with icy conditions. No daily maintenance of sand or salt to ensure guests didn’t fall when trying to enter the buildings. Our beds, we had 2 queens, were the worst we've had while staying here. Both beds had indents in them where people have slept and the springs could be felt through the mattresses. Our heating unit had a high pitch whine to it that kept us up as well. We were disappointed with our stay to say the least. On a positive note, check in/out was easy and staff was very nice. Room was clean and did not have any unpleasant odors.

The room was clean and large, but there was an unpleasant odor in the room, which seemed to dissipate by day 2 of our stay. Beds were comfortable.
The dining room was pleasant and
convenient. Staff members were friendly, helpful and attentive. The pool area was in a separate building, which required walking outside to get to the facility. The pool was very nice and large. There was a small gym upstairs and an arcade in the building for the pool.
Be aware that there is no elevator in either building. Front desk person did offer to help with luggage.

We enjoyed the stay. We were in the building furthest from the check-in and would stay there again. The room was spacious and clean. We went snowmobiling and it was nice to keep our vehicle and snowmobiles so close to our lodging. The sink/shower drained slowly so that was the only thing that may need some attention.

Was unsatisfied with the room as soon as we walked through the door, we asked for a refund which was denied because we already paid for the room. They offered us an upgrade which was still just as bad. We turned around and walked out the door and stayed somewhere else

Room was nice and clean. It was right off snowmobile trail. Both nights I was woken up by drunken idiots in the hallway and we never got to use the pool or hot tub because it was full. They need adult only hours and people shouldn't be drinking in there. Bed was also hard and killed our backs.

The room looked nothing like the pictures. We would have had to walk outside in the freezing weather to get to the pool and hot tub so that was a bust. The people next to us and above were so loud and smoking weed all night so it smelled terrible and I’m pregnant so I was almost puking from it. The bed was SO uncomfortable
