“Fantastic location, 5 restaurants just outside the door, the staff were absolutely great. The only thing to mention is there is no lift so take it easy with the stairs”

“The staff were very helpful and the location was ideal.”

“Everything was very good I recommend the hotel the room was spotless every morning , breakfast was good and with variety, staff very kind I’ll come back”

“Nice view and very good service. Comfortable experience. Especially the beautiful girl at reception.”

“Besides the property being in the most beautiful location, the staff at the onset are rude and have zero customer experience - they all should work in the kitchen and not interact with guests. Hotel is old and although our room is supposedly updated, it really isn’t - rug was beyond dirty. The food is mediocre. If you have so many downfalls in the hotel, at least have better customer service.”
