"The landlord is a great guy, he's full of information about the town and he saves us by printing out our boarsing cards bwfore we left. We had to find gim at his hotel on the seafront for this though. The property is spacious and decently furnished, 6 can confortably sleep there. "I was looking for a quiet place to hunker down outside of America, to be able to use an internet connection and get done with done. I found friends, a warm welcome, and so much laughter despite not speaking the same languages. I think my 3 week stay will be forever remembered as one of those transformative moments of my life. Note: the property is not in downtown Ulcinj but in a nearby town Donji Štoj. The house mailing address system is not quite compatible with Vrbo and so it shows as downtown...

"This property is very amazing and beautiful. They are not currently fully functional but seems to be getting ready for the summer season ahead. The property itself is very beautiful but is location is far from main hustle bustle spots so unless you have a car difficult to commute around. Even though they have been open for 2-3 years there seem to be minor issues with their operational processes which the staff is eager to resolve. Overall we had a very pleasant stay"

"Stayed for 1 night in February. Arrived to a huge empty car park and thought the hotel was closed! Friendly welcome in reception and was upgraded for free to the presidential apartment. Informed we were the only guests in the whole hotel. Room was lovely, 2 bathrooms and sea view. As it was off season we didn’t use pool or any other facilities as they were closed. Would return in summer if visiting Ulcinj in the future. "
