“We stayed at Dilivita Rest House in Dilijan for just one night, and even that was too long. if you have kids, avoid this place completely. The photos showing slides and a playground are very misleading this is not a kid-friendly property. We booked through Expedia for a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids), and were given a room that smelled of dampness and had a huge stone in the middle. It was completely unacceptable. When I asked for a different room, the owner (an elderly man) started crying and……

“Owner is very nice and the place is surrounded by greenery. Food was yummy and we especially enjoyed the soups (we tried four types and all were good). The owner also helped us to organise transport and tours which were wonderful. would definitely recommend staying.”

“The entire property was beautifully and thoughtfully built, a true hidden gem on the mountainside. The family cottage “tun” was well above and beyond what we expected with 3 bedrooms plus a lounge/loft area. The pool area was immaculate and we enjoyed the breathtaking views from there. “One of the best places I stayed in Armenia. The atmosphere is very serene and rejuvenating, uniting with picturesque nature around it. The staff was very, caring and with great attention to customer needs. They made me feel like family. Hotel was very clean and cosy. They have animals at the property for guest interaction which was very entertaining. Most of all I was impressed with food, that was included in hotel price for 3 times a day. “This was the cutest hotel I've ever stayed in. The rooms were perfect (although I could always be happier without a TV) and the setting was fantastic. Parking was free. The location is a little outside Dilijan town, so be prepared to walk or drive for lunch and dinner. The staff were super helpful and every morning we received a picnic basket packed full for breakfast. I assume this is because they have not yet opened their own restaurant area. “The hotel is excellent! The room is spacious and cozy. Although it's a bit far from downtown. But taxi won't cost you much. Or else is a 70 minutes nice walk. I love hiking. ”

“The rooms were clean and comfortable and had desks to work on. Big plus to have a toilet downstairs in the living area and a toilet plus shower upstairs near the bedrooms. Kitchen was well equipped. The breakfast in the restaurant was excellent and had excellent views of the mountains through enormous windows. You can also look out onto the courtyard tables and a large screen television. We also ate lunch in the restaurant and it was great. Very friendly staff. Will definitely come back.……

“They didn't get my expedia reservations. They found a replacement. Unfortunately this was in a building that didn't seem finished. AC didn't work. It was beyond hot in the rooms. Staff was great, but these problems made a bad stay.”
