“They overbook It and promise give refund. But they don't give me back the money. And terrible service. So slow transfer us to another hotel at 1 am. The staff don't show any sorry！”

“Great breakfast and the room was very good”

“Property was well maintained but for some reason my room had an unpleasant smell.”

“Breakfast lots of variety place was clean room was clean, except the pool,pool was yellowish brownish spots throughout the pool.”

“We went to the Cape Club because it advertised golf privileges for hotel guests. The receptionist told us there was a tournament so we couldn’t play golf. I asked whether we could use the golf privileges on another day. And she said no!! I told her that we were disappointed but she offered no solution.”

“The room was a nice size room for 4, clean but there wasn't enough bath towels for 4 just 2 and it would have been nicer if there were bigger. They had shampoo and conditioner put it just a small packet but again not enough for 4 people. There's a great store nearby called thr Ocean State Job Lot on 285 Main Street on Buzzards Bay with excellent prices on bath sheet towels $8.99/each. They have great restaurants one called the Pilot House 20 mins away, Loafy Loft with great Vietnamese ice……

“Horrible”

“Units 3A,3B,2A, and 2B all have private decks facing the bay and beach. The in house resteraunt was lovely and the food superb. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We're planning to return next year.”

“The pool looked like it could be cleaner. The free breakfast was pretty good and more than expected and most appreciated. The rooms were very clean. We heard very little noise on the upper level. Free parking was a plus.”

“Wasn't bad for location and cost but expected a little cleaner at least for our room. There was a rag on the right side of the bed and a couple long black hairs in the bed.”
