「Property was clean and as a family we felt safe staying there. Room was a nice size and our stay there was good. The parking outside was often difficult to find spaces and due to permit holder restrictions 4:30pm-6:30pm you have to lose your space every day you stay. If you have a large vehicle you need to park I would not recommend any accomodation in this area. Not the fault of the owner though and if you don't require parking for a large vehicle it's a fine accomodation.」

「We arrived early but we're shown straight to our room. The room was a good size with a very clean bathroom. The bathroom was of a good size with a walk in shower. The breakfast menu was more than adequate, enabling a cooked breakfast, cereal or fruit every day. The quality of the breakfast was excellent. The location was great, allowing a short walk into town or the old town and a lift ride to the seafront. This is a bonus after a long day out, as getting to and from the evening meal location...

"We booked this for our pre cruise trip. The location is excellent and the harbour view is spectacular. What actually impressed us is the service. We landed in early morning and with a check in time at 3pm, they tried their best to arrange a room for us before 1pm. What's more, they had our luggage delivered to our room before we even asked for it. And they kindly offered us a late check out. The room is spacious but the light is a bit dim and the bathroom is a bit small. The Jetty restaurant is a must try. We landed in Sun and had the luck with the Sunday roast. Tender roast beef, crispy Yorkshire pudding plus lots of veggies. It's a great place for watching the beautiful sunset. We will definitely come back for another cruise starting Southampton."
