「Looking at booking the reservation thru Expedia - it was expressed there were only three rooms left. The reality was only two rooms were booked. All the rest were not. I’m not sure if the property owner or Expedia is responsible for being dishonest. I have to think more deeply when I book thru Expedia - unless I can get a better answer. The property and room were clean and well maintained.」

「What a great place to stay. Initially we had planned on staying at the resort, but took a chance and stayed here instead. What a blessing it turned out to be. This is a mixed use property that combines several floors condos that are managed as a hotel in combination with traditional condos. It was extremely quiet, clean, and the location was impeccable. The staff was friendly and helpful. My kids specifically asked to stay here next trip to CDA.」

「Motel is dated but was clean and comfortable. Great location right in downtown with a short walk to lots of restaurants. Front desk is open for very limited hours. I checked in late after the front desk was closed and received a combination code for a lockbox to get my room key. This was no issue for me, but I could see that if you had any issues with your booking it could be more of a hassle.」

「Aged, staff was excellent..room was nothing to brag about..pet area could use attention! No directions in room on how to use tv couldn't figure it out..remote did not match tv..no menus or local dining options..no directory..kid above us running around all night...tried to call front desk to complain...no answer...would not stay again!」

「Will stay there again if needed. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Clean rooms. And well working AC in room. Only downfall I seen was I took the filter part off the coffee maker in room and under it was a ton of old coffee grounds from who knows how long ago caked on. Did not use coffee maker after seeing this bought instant and just got coffee at breakfast.」
