We loved this place!
This place was perfect for us. We arranged to stay here for one night, which was a big mistake. We should have stayed here several days, making day trips to Pitigliano, Sovana, Civita, Saturnia, and anywhere else nearby we wanted to visit. This was the perfect place to relax, cook dinner, and relax some more. The grounds and the view were stunning. Equally important the host, Daniela, was helpful and easy to contact. She offered to meet us in Gradoli to show us how to get to the property. We thought we could easily find it on our own. Wrong! We got completely lost and ended up meeting her father, Serafino, in Gradoli. Lesson learned … meet them in Gradoli to begin with! Then it's a short drive to the property. Serafino was absolutely wonderful! It was a pleasure meeting him and talking with him about his life and the property. This is definitely a place we would return to.

Great location
Lovely house and wonderful garden, great for dog owners. We enjoyed the view from the pool over the lake. Owners were very helpful and took care of everything. Silent place, ideal for relaxation.

Escapade en famille à 2h de Rome
Endroit idéal pour une famille qui cherche le calme et la tranquillité. La piscine et le jacuzzi sont vraiment top pour se ressourcer après une balade ou une sortie en VTT. Maison située à 5' en voiture du lac où vous trouverez de nombreux restaurants qui proposent une terrasse juste en bord de lac. L annonce et les photos correspondent tout à fait à la description de la maison. Encore merci à Daniella et ses parents pour leurs nombreux conseils.

Ruhe und tolle Aussicht
Sehr schön und ruhig gelegenes Haus in einem Garten mit grossem Umschwung. Das Haus sowie der Garten waren gepflegt und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Der Blick auf den Lago de Bolsano war wunderbar. Die Aussicht konnte auch vom warmen Whirlpool aus genossen werden.

tolles Ferienhaus in traumhafter Lage
Ferienhaus für 6 Personen in der Nähe von Gradoli in einsamer Lage mit wunderschönem Blick über den Lago di Bolsena. Weitläufiges Grundstück mit tollem Pool, Liegestühlen, Grillplatz und großem Tisch auf der überdachten Terrasse. Ausstattung perfekt, insbesondere in der Küche alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sehr netter Kontakt zu den Gastgebern, die auch schöne Tipps für Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung parat hatten. Es ist genau so, wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Bildern. Für uns insgesamt ein perfekter Urlaub!

Traumhafte Erholung
Von der Begrüssung bis zur Verabschiedung hat hier alles hervorragend geklappt. Wer Ruhe sucht wird hier absolut fündig. Sofern man das Haus über Holperstrecke erreicht hat, eröffnet sich ein großzügiges, sehr natürlich angelegtes Grundstück, auf dem viele Möglichkeiten zum Verweilen angelegt sind. Der Blick auf den Bolsenasee und die gesamte Umgebung ist atemberaubend. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und man spürt den Charme und den Stil der Eigentümer. Nicht einfach nur eine funktionelle Ferienunterkunft, sondern ein persönlich eingerichtetes landestypisches Haus. Herzlichen Dank für die Möglichkeit eines erholsamen Urlaubs. Rundum schön
Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet,alles sauber und neu, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Vermieterin und ihre Familie waren sehr nett und aufmerksam. Der Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein, man kann super entspannen und den Urlaub genießen.Der Pool ist klasse. Wir waren wirklich begeistert.

Einfach nur spitze
Das Haus liegt in Alleinlage auf einem großen Grundstück mit bestem Ausblick über den Bolsenasee - wirklich toll. Das Landhaus ist gut ausgestattet (grad auch die Küche alles da was man braucht), insgesamt liebevoll eingerichtet und es hat sehr schöne, wenn auch kleine Schlafzimmer und Bäder (haben das nur von außen zugänglichen Schlafzimmer nicht genutzt, das 2. Bad, das auch nur von außen zugänglich ist schon, dies ist auch ok, muss man halt raus - machte uns aber nix aus). Die Kinder haben im Wohnzimmer auf den beiden Schlafcouchen geschlafen, welche qualitativ auch gut waren. Aber das Beste ist der wundervolle, nagelneue Pool von dem aus man auch den herrlichen Blick genießen kann. Wir nutzten auch die vorhandene Grillstelle - super. Wenn man irgendwas bemängeln möchte, dann vielleicht die Bestuhlung auf der Veranda, die Kirchenbank zum Sitzen ist zwar originell, aber nicht sehr bequem. Also für ruhesuchende, die Wert auf ein ansprechendes Ambiente legen ist das genau der richtige Ort! Danke für eine tolle Urlaubswoche!
