This is an older apartment however the upgrades were done very well. Despite the area, it was very quiet overall. You can hear the person walking upstairs or showering but it wasn't disrupting. The apartment location is a quick walk across Tennessee St. to the campus. Everything in the apartment was very clean, smelled good and……
