“Here to visit family, and they told me my parents had stayed at this property when they visited over 40 years ago! It's a vintage motor court, but nicely maintained. The room is up to date and comfortable. The bathroom still has a 70s tub and sink, but clean and functional. One quirk: the sink was mounted very low, about thigh level on me. Had to bend low to wash my face! Overall a satisfactory stay.”
“Perfect stay. Hosts very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. We stayed just the one night as part of a road trip, visiting from the UK and found the Colonel Williams Inn a refreshing change from the larger corporate hotels and would have been more than happy to stay longer.”

The room we stayed in this time was one we have previously stayed in and it was recently updated with new furniture and it was nice. The location is convenient and very walkable to stores and restaurants in the downtown area. We will definitely be returning to stay at The Latchis again. ”

“The location is dreamy on a foggy morning. My room is in the back, away from the road.There are porch chairs right outside of my door on the strip of patio. The air is fresh. The bed is huge. A nutritious healthy family breakfast is served on a traditional dinner table in the kitchen/dining room by the very nice couple who run the inn. ”
