Apartment with the most beautiful view of Gramado, cozy with its mountain characteristics. Close to tourist attractions. With cable TV and wi-fi.
Large dining and living rooms with fireplace, kitchen with barbecue (charcoal), super equipped with utensils for homemade meals and a beautiful barbecue. Two (02) bedrooms and two (02) bathrooms, 01 (one) suite, with heaters in both rooms and bathrooms and with great showers. Easy mobility, no stairs. Each room has 01 double bed and a sofa bed in the living room and can accommodate 05 guests comfortably ... Bed and bath linen available.
It has 01 (one) covered garage.
Building with beautiful gardening, gazebo, solarium at the entrance, space for children to play and swimming pool.
With the beautiful view, both from the bedrooms and the living room; during the celebrations of Natal Luz it is possible to see the fireworks that take place on Lake Joaquina Bier.
Noble neighborhood, quiet for walks being:
- 05 minutes walk from Mini Mundo
-04 minutes walk from Lake Joaquina Bier where Nativitaten shows take place during Natal Luz
-10 minute walk to Lake Negro
- 05 minutes walk to Av. Das Hortências, where there are supermarkets and bakeries
- 15 minutes walk to Rua Coberta, Igreja Matriz São Pedro, Palácio dos Festivais and where there are several restaurants, bistros and several chocolate shops.
