「Comfortable stay」

「I went to see friends in the area. I was happy with my stay, however, there is some up keep needed such as the windows not all locked or were needing to ne replaced. I felt safe so that wasn't a concern. Getting to the water wasn't easy-going. A better pathway diwn would be nice. I use to live in the area so my review reflects being not just a guest but a former local.」

「This is a great place to stay because it’s so central to most everything you want to see in the greater LA area. Unless there’s intense traffic, it seems to be about 20 minutes to each museum, etc. Also, there’s some very nice restaurants, literally a very short walk from the apartment Cuban Russian and Japanese delicious.」

「We enjoyed our stay. Everything was to our liking and the hosts provided snacks and essentials. My only complaint is that the sofa bed is firm and the living room didn’t have curtains to block out light from outdoors.」

「This Studio is perfectly situated between Abbot Kinney and Venice Boulevard. The courtyard is the ideal place to sit, relax, and unwind while on vacation. The studio was immaculate when we arrived and smelled so clean and fresh. The host is super responsive. Highly recommend!!」

「I would recommend this place to anyone, we had a great 2 night stay. The apartment was stocked with coffee, snacks, and breakfast essentials, almost TOO good to be true. Would definitely stay again next time we travel to LA. 」

「I loved my stay! I stayed for about 3 weeks and the location is great - east walk to downtown and in a very safe area. I was a solo female traveler and I felt very safe the entire stay. The place was also so clean, comfortable bed and living area. I also used the laundry and had issues with the dryer properly drying but that’s all. I would highly recommend.」

「Me and my husband thoroughly enjoyed staying at this stunning ocean view condo. It was a retreat and was perfect for us and our daughter, her husband and their 17 month old son - our grandson! There was even a pack-n-play and highchair in the condo - even though we had brought our own P&P! Very helpful though. 「The place was very clean and it was in a good neighborhood - very safe. Two different doors to get inside as it’s a shared double unit place. The cons would be the beds were uncomfortable and then the place needs some hand towels in kitchen/baths.」

「We’ve been renting this unit when we visit the Burbank area. Access is easy. Parking is a breeze. There is a small kitchenette, so we avoid dining out all of the time. Having the private outdoor sitting area is one of the best features. The owner resides in the main house, and is a wonderful guy.」

「When we first arrived there was a “call box” to type a code in to gain access to get keys, the call box was broken and it took me about 45 minutes to get access to the building while my husband waited in the car to avoid the tow zone in front. 「My family and I were really surprised when we arrived. We felt very welcomed. The apartment was very clean and very spacious. Beds were comfortable. It was very quiet in the complex. 「My friend and I loved staying here. We wanted somewhere to decompress after driving for 9 days and this funky little pad was perfect. It’s a 1920s private guest house just off the back landing, accessed by steps. It is closer to Venice beach than to Santa Monica pier, with easy walking access to restaurants and the SM farmers market. The downstairs laundry was excellent, the kitchen well set up, and the whole place suited us. Be warned, though, if you are short, the high chairs at the kitchen...
