“Monika was a great host and was always accommodating. She communicated well and checked us in to ensure we were ready to go by answering all of our questions. The space is quaint but enough room where my spouse and I had plenty of room to spread out. The pool is very refreshing and the additional shared space is awesome to lounge in. It was not an issue but the air conditioner is a little loud and kept half the room cool. The fan provided did circulate the cool air around a bit. Off street……

“There was a little confusion at first because I didn’t realize the host would send the last minute details in an email (I don’t ever check my emails on vacation). She did answer right away to my call, explained their process (there is a form that must be signed prior to getting the code), and text me the instructions. Once we were in it was easy peazy. Very cute place in a perfect location. Beautiful neighborhood. ”

“This apartment worked out great for our purposes in LA. It was close to UCLA and Westwood. The fact that it was two bedrooms and had a cute kitchen, really helped us spread out and feel comfortable while there. Also, very thankful for the parking spot in the back of apartment vs street parking. The apartment was a little difficult to find, so it could be better marked, and the stairs were a little old and scary, but there's not much you could do about that. All in all, great value and comforable……

“This is one of the old buildings that sit right on the boardwalk in Venice Beach. It is a back apartment but when you go out the door and turn towards the beach you are on the boardwalk in about five seconds!! The listing said it might be a little noisy and there were lots of people coming and going between the buildings but it was not bad and we knew this when we rented it. We would stay again.”
