CLOSE TO ALL ESSENTIAL AMENITIES

MY STAY WAS PLEASANT AND THE PLACE WAS CLEAN AND OFFERED ALL AMENITIES NECESSARY FOR A LONG STAY. NEEDS SOME MINOR IMPROVEMENTS HOWEVER, IN TERMS OF ACCESSIBILITY OF INTERNET THROUGHOUT THE APARTMENT, POOR QUALITY OF SOUND SYSTEM IN TELEVISION AND INADEQUACY OF KITCHEN RANGES WHICH COULD NOT BE USED IN THEIR TOTALITY AT THE SAME TIME.

Nice Large Apartment Near the City Center

This apartment is large, clean, and has everything you would need for your stay. There are four bedrooms with high quality linens, a large living room, and the owner is really nice and helpful. Parking is also available for a small additional fee. Highly recommend!

Nice place

This apartment was very spacious and nice. Comuncation was a bit difficult as I don’t speak Spanish, and he does not speak English, but Google translate got us through messaging. It is a nice neighborhood, but a bit away from the hustle and bustle of city center. Doable, walk or a five dollar taxi ride to the more touristy part of town. We were visiting our daughters who are studying at the University of Granada.

La casa tiene una ubicación bastante buena (a unos 20 minutos andando del centro), con un supermercado justo debajo, y muchos bares, restaurantes y centros comerciales a un paso. La casa es grande, y los colchones eran muy cómodos. Compartimos la casa dos familias con un total de cinco niños. El vecino de al lado a veces nos golpeaba la pared, supongo porque debe estar un poco cansado de tener un piso de alquiler turístico pegado. Pero fue algo muy puntual. Francisco nos atendió muy bien y nos aconsejó alquilar una plaza de parking, lo cual fue una muy buena decisión porque es muy difícil aparcar por allí. Francisco nos gestionó el alquiler.

Meraviglioso!

Abbiamo lasciato Granada ieri e gia ci manca. Francisco è un proprietario attento e cordiale. Avevamo bisogno di una sedia a rotelle per il nonno ed un passeggino per il piccolo di casa, e ce li ha procurati senza problemi, semplicemente con un piccolo extra. La casa era pulita, ben arredata e soprattutto non mancava nulla: cucina fornitissima di piatti, posate, pentole e padelle ed anche le basi per cucinare (come sale, zucchero, olio, qualche spezia). Microonde, tostapane, frullatore. Cosa per me fondamentale: lavatrice!! Presenti in gran quantità anche detersivi per pulire, e tutto ciò che serve come aspirapolvere, stendino, ferro da stiro e asse. Noi ci siamo davvero sentiti a casa. L'appartamento si trova a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro, ed è una piacevolissima passeggiata. Per i "pigri" a pochi passi dalla casa si possono trovare anche i taxi, che per davvero pochi euro vi porteranno ovunque. Zona ben servita anche come negozi: un supermercato è proprio sotto casa e a pochi passi si trova un Mercadona e un Hipercore. Non trovo nessun aspetto negativo per questo appartamento. Tornassi a Granada, tornerei molto volentieri qui! Francisco merci pour tout! Notre vacances ont ètè super!

Situación muy buena y colchones muy comodos

El piso estaba muy limpio, muy amplio, con colchones muy cómodos y muy bien situado, a un paso de todo caminando, pero a la vez un sitio tranquilo y no es imposible aparcar. Nosotros aparcamos y no movimos el coche en todos los días. No le doy la 5ª estrella porque le falto algún detalle tonto, como por ejemplo, dejaron 1 solo rollo de papel higiénico para 4 días, que lógicamente, tuvimos que comprar y teniendo una cafetera de cápsulas, hubiera sido un detalle haber dejado 4 cápsulas, aunque hubiera sido, para el primer día. Por eso digo que son detalles tontos, porque son poco costosos y hubiera quedado bastante mejor.

Appartement agréable et lumineux. Tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner, vaisselle, casseroles, en quantité suffisante pour nous 6 adultes, fait rare dans les autres locations que nous avions eu auparavant . Très bonne literie dans toutes les chambres. Appréciable aussi le petit supermarché au pied de l'immeuble. Le centre ville est à environ 1/2 h de marche ce qui n'a pas posé de problème pour de grands marcheurs comme nous. Nous avons aussi aimé la possibilité d'avoir une place de parking à un prix très raisonnable. Grand merci à Francisco.

Appartement très bien agencé et bien situé. Tout est propre et fonctionnel. La climatisation dans toutes les chambres est très appréciable, de même que le parking sous la résidence.
