Beautiful duplex on the beachfront in the heart of El Médano, located 10 minutes from the airport. With a pleasant terrace where you can have lunch and relax, capacity for 4 people, two bedrooms and fibre Wifi Internet, designed for teleworking. Located within an exclusive residential complex with all the necessary comforts and services around and a quick connection to the motorway. This property has all the ingredients for a unique holiday.

It is ideal for families and couples, as it can accommodate up to 4 people, with 2 beautiful bedrooms, the main one with a double bed and the second one with a trundle bed. A bathroom with shower and a toilet, fully equipped kitchen and living room that connects to the terrace of the house. The property also has, parking fibre Wifi Internet, ideal for teleworking.With a privileged location and the beach just a few steps from the house, in one of the most beautiful villages of Tenerife. Ideal for water sports such as surfing, kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddle surfing, and a 5-minute walk from the square of El Médano, where you can enjoy the emblematic establishments and bars that this picturesque place has to offer. It is also very well located, very close to the South airport and with a quick connection to the motorway to get to know the rest of the island comfortably.

This property has a fully equipped kitchen, oven, fridge, microwave, electric hob, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, flat screen TV, two bedrooms, a full bathroom and a toilet, hairdryer, bed linen and shower towels, Wifi Internet, air conditioning, travel cot and high chair and much more.

Perfect place for holiday ...

This place was one of the most perfect places I have ever been. The house is new, very clean, perfectly located near the beach, 2 floors, silent, very big space, complete kitchen, balcony, really everything you need. Parking directly in front of the house.The service was amazing. I asked for a yoga mat in advance - I arrived - the mat was there - at no cost. This is real customer orientation. Next time I will definitely stay there - and longer - only 3 weeks this time.
