Two-story house on the first line. It has two bedrooms, separate living room with flat TV, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with newly renovated shower tray and typical Canarian interior patio. On the ground floor it has a terrace of 60 m2 with direct access to the sea and with shower. It has sun loungers to enjoy the solarium, as well as everything you need to enjoy your stay. Free Wifi and cleaning service on request.

Lovely stay in El Médano

The place is located in the busy centre of El Médano and has a lot of space and an interesting architecture. You live very close to the sea and you hear the waves while sleeping. The balcony can be used if the sea is calm. Stunning view and magic moments. The surrounding can be loud. People singing next door on public benches🎶. Take some earplugs😉 We used the patio a lot, well protected from wind and waves. The balcony we could not use to hang out in the evening. The waves where to high and we would get wet. It's a really special place 💙🦀🌅

It fulfilled all our expectations. Everything you need is in the house, even small amounts of salt, sugar, oil and vinegar. The access to the sea is great. It is also well located for further discovering of the island. We just mist quietness during the nights because of party place around the corner and in the morning because of street cleaners.

Lovely Casa “in the sea”

Another lovely stay. A return visit to the property lived up to our expectations. Warm welcome as usual from Ana started off our stay with a smile. The house is in an ideal location in the middle of the town but when you are on the patio you feel like you are out at sea as the waves lap up!! I’m sure we will go back again.

We hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf in El Medano in dit fijne vakantiehuis. Een top locatie! Midden in het centrum, vlak bij het strand en de terrasjes. Een ruim huis met een aparte indeling. Prachtig uitzicht op de zee. Super gezellig allemaal en goed verzorgd. Wij gaan zeker terug!!!

Maison très bien située en ville avec accès direct privatif à la mer. Très bien équipée. Bouteille au frais à notre arrivée. Rien à dire, maison parfaite. C’est simplement la région que nous n’avons pas du tout aimée. Après 10 jours dans le nord dans des cadres magnifiques le choc est terrible dans le sud mais cela n’a rien à voir avec l’hébergement qui était top.

Mooi terras, ineens in zee springen, zalig om er een week totaal uit te zijn. super vriendelijke ontvangst en prettige reservering. ideaal dicht bij restaurants, cafe's. Uitvalsbasis om wandelingen te doen. kortom aan te raden plek om te verblijven. Enkel de slaapkamers zijn wat raar ingedeeld, eerder confortabel voor een gezin of 4 personen dan voor meer.

Schöne grosse Wohnung in entspanntem Städtchen

Die grosse Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern, einem Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer, einem Patio und Terrasse mit direktem Zugang zum Meer hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sehr gut ausgerüstet mit allem was der Mensch so brauch: Wasser, Wein, Klopapier, Sonnencreme, gut ausgerüstete Küche mit allem drum und dran. Auf Ana (die Vermieterin) ist Verlass, zuverlässig und pünktlich.

Wonderful location and lovely house

Warm welcome from Ana started a lovely birthday break. The house was well stocked with everything you can need for a stay and the owners were very helpful - particularly with their prompt response to a problem caused by heavy rain on our first night. The location is wonderful - patio opens right onto the sea, although sunbathing is a little at the will of the tides which can get quite fierce. The layout of the house is quirky having an open courtyard in the middle. Great place for couples or family with kids - we'd happily go back again.
