“What a wonderful place. The room was gorgeous and the location perfect for those that like a quieter atmosphere. The owner was top notch and we couldn't have asked for a better stay. We used this location to make day trips around the area and it was perfect. I recommend GPS to find it. I had printed maps and we found it hard to find street signs. It worked out okay because the people of Mauritius are so helpful. We stopped in a dive shop and she called Mo Residence and they sent someone to show……

“First, the restaurant was EXCELLENT! The food and service were outstanding! The spa was relaxing, but just regular. The location was little hard to find since we took a bus there, and we had to walk for almost 10 mins to go down the alley. It would be better if we had a car or a pickup. When we checked in, the room was nice, we were very satisfied. However, after dinner we went back to the room, there was NO HOT WATER; moreover, the bathtub was LEAKING NASTY BROWN WATER.
