"Very comfortable and easy making reservations with the manager Ram. They need a good sign out on the road for the suites. Supermarket next door handy if you wanted to eat in as there is a decent kitchen and balcony in each suite. "

"The staff is very kind, each and every one of them. Maybe not too swift in replying the emails, that has to be improved, for sure. The structure is in a great spot, 5 minutes walking to many restaurants and to the beachfront, however it is pretty quiet given the fact that it is located in a secondary alley. The room is huge and has all the facilities for cooking, if you want to dine inside, and it had a lovely patio with pool view where you can chill out. Breakfast was nothing special but...

"Herman the owner was excellent, nothing was too much trouble and was really understanding of his guests. Lovely pools here too and the central courtyard allows meeting of other guests which is nice on holiday"

"Such a lovely place with outstanding view. Everything you might need was close and very easy to go where ever you wanted to go or see. You can see the beautiful ocean right from the bed and what a view to have a breakfast from your balcony and watch the sea and palmtrees. The owners were extremely kind and lovely people! If you need to rent a car or take a trip where ever in the island you want they helped you every possible way to make your trip best as possible. We can definetly recommend this...

"What an incredible and excellent villa! Close to beautiful beaches and shops. Property management onsite is amazing. Beach club 2Beach is around the corner and is a great way to see the beach and enjoy excellent drinks and food!"

"Terrible value for the exorbitant price. We paid premium prices for this property! Customer service is non-existent, no aircon in the living room, none of the fans work, they don’t change sheets and towels daily, they don’t respond to complaints and are very defensive to feedback. There is not even coffee, tea or milk in the kitchen, not even sugar, salt and pepper! Worst ever stay for the kind of money we paid. We regret staying in this place. Just do yourselves a favor and avoid this place...

"We loved our stay at Dodo Square. Dodo was a great location as a base to travel around the north of Mauritius. Entry details were emailed to us the day before arrival. And once we arrived one of the house keepers notified the admin and our room pin was activated. The studio apartment was clean, spacious and was tastefully decorated. And in a generally new condition. It had all the appliances to cook, if we wanted to. The surrounding area was very quiet in the mornings. The only early morning cafe open was Pains et Moulins, which is an easy "

Wonderful Boutique Hotel with excellent Staff

"Jennifer and her staff were amazing, everyone was so friendly and helpful. The hotel location is excellent with plenty of restaurants and a supermarket close by. The breakfast choice is excellent and you can eat it on your balcony or have it served overlooking the beach. The hotel even organised a surprise snorkeling trip and decorated our bed for my birthday. On the weekend the area is a lot busier and noisier but it did not bother us."

"You get what you pay for. These are a great price for space and location. They are a little tired and there's a lack of sunbeds, but overall great value for money. Beware the overspill from the clubs nearby - outside with very loud music til 6am one morning. But that's not the property's fault. The dogs are noisy but not aggressive."
