Perfect Spot

Excellent stay

Beautiful area and home. 1 hour out of Grand Canyon, which we truly enjoyed coming to a peaceful home after busy days. Spacious, clean and had all the amenities needed.

Our family enjoyed our time here. An hour away from Grand Canyon, close to Williams and Flagstaff. The location and views were great. The house was on the outskirts of Williams. So easy drive to bearcaz and canyon coaster. But away from people

Amazing view with room to relax.

Overall we had a perfect stay. The view from patio is great! Although we didn't get to use the patio much due to it snowing!! It was beautiful to see Williams with a blanket of snow. If you're visiting the Grand Canyon or Williams this is a MUST stay location.

Near South Grand Canyon Entrance w/ Large Group

House is just under an hour from S Grand Canyon entrance (50 minutes) mostly highway after the dirt road so really quick access. We had a large group of adults and needed a good-sized property with the ability to cook and relax. The owner was very communicative and helpful. Gorgeous views from the balcony and large windows, we saw deer and jackrabbit on the property. VERY clean house and comfortable beds, laundry, grill, just as advertised and more. I highly recommend this rental!!

Perfect Base Camp

Our stay at Anita’s place was awesome. Perfect base camp for Grand Canyon, Sedona, and Petrified Forest. The daily sunsets and time in the hot tub were the best ending to our hiking days. Highly recommend. Thank you Anita.

Great place with a great view

Family vacation with the whole family to visit the Grand Canyon. Place had a great view and check in process was very easy and was given great detailed directions to home. House was equipped with everything you would need to cook and clean. Easy hour trip to the Grand Canyon up 64 and short ride into Williams. Overall great place and great vacation spot.

Very peaceful

This was our "basecamp"for day trips to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, and the Williams/Flagstaff area. Lots of room for a couple teens to spread out, peaceful and amazing sunsets from the deck, and a well appointed kitchen that made for a fantastic vacation. This was our 2nd visit to the area and staying in this home, and would definitely recommend. Wonderful communications with the owner as well.

Grand Visit

Took my 77 year old mom to her first visit to the canyon

We traveled with my mom and my in-laws. The space accommodated all of us comfortably. The views are spectacular. It’s a scant hour to the south rim gate. Perfect location, and provides a great place to unwind after sightseeing all day.

Gorgeous Mountain Views

We weren’t expecting snow. It snowed the night before we arrived. That’s 2 seniors, 1 13 year old girl and 3 9 year old girls. We’re there for their Spring Break. We had no snow gear. The kids loved every minute of the snow. This Is a beautiful location. Close to everything. Beautiful home and property. Comfortable family atmosphere inside. Plenty of forest for kids to explore. is a beautiful location.

The house was perfect for our family. Fully stocked with everything you need. The guest house is detached for the 4th bedroom, it's cozy has a bathroom, sitting area and small fridge. The house and views were amazing. It is on a dirt road not far from town. Good communication with the owner. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful views

This home has spectacular views for sunset and for star gazing. The home is well-appointed for all of your needs. Our only problem was the AC wasn't working and we weren't able to have that during our stay, but there are many windows to help the breeze move along. Overall, a great stay for our family's vacation!

Beautiful Cabin

Beautiful Cabin with a nice rustic southwest feel. Just remote enough to make us feel like we truly got away from all the hustle and bustle of the city and yet the quaint little town of Williams, AZ is only a 20-30 minute drive and Flagstaff is about 45 minutes away. We thoroughly enjoyed our family time spent here. The only regret was there wasn’t any snow. But otherwise, it was a time of making memories with our kids and grand babies.

Awesome Cabin!

Our family spent the first week of December in the cabin and we thoroughly enjoyed it! The cabin and the extra space above the garage are beautifully decorated and well appointed. We cooked all of our meals in the cabin and had everything we needed. The view from the deck is spectacular. We even had a herd of deer visit a few times. Communication with the owners was excellent. We forgot a personal item when we left and the owners went out of their way to see that we were able to retrieve it. I’m hoping that we can book this cabin again soon!

Family Reunion

Location is wonderful, great views all around the house. Wild horses showed up in the a.m., only one guest had the luck of seeing those. House had a great layout for eating together and watching movies or playing games. The deck wraps around the front of the house, it was too cold to take advantage of, but we would have had the weather been nicer. We enjoyed the snow though. The kitchen was well stocked, so no need to run out and pick up a potato peeler or other needed item. We would highly recomend!

The views from the property are as advertised. To our pleasant surprise the interior has a lot of upgrades in regards to the appliances and furniture, compared to the photos in the listing. We had a great weekend at this home.

Totally recommend this home for any large group wanting to visit the Grand Canyon. The landscapes, the beautiful interior, incredible views and cozy atmosphere made it the perfect stay. It is less than a 1h drive to the national park, so it worked perfect for our day trip to the canyon. The host was very helpful and informational. 10/10 recommend

First time to stay in the high desert of northern Arizona, and in July to boot. All was wonderful about the cabin, the guest house, and the location. Everything worked well in the kitchen, in the baths, with the windows, the hot tub, WiFi, TVs, and the AC. A beautiful deck and view. Place was completely private and quiet, yet easily convenient to Williams and Flagstaff. Weather was wonderful, with only some brief monsoon rain on a few days. Anita was immediate in answering the one question we had and texted a couple of times to see if we were doing OK. We and our dogs had a "big time" there, in Sedona, and at the NPS sites nearby.
