“Pros: This is a cute location. Loved the space. It had a fully stocked kitchen which we loved since we like to cook in. The bedrooms and bed were comfortable and the view out back is fantastic. When we came back from the grocery store, they had dropped off coffee and creamer groceries outside the front door when they noticed supplies were low.We would stay here again. “We stayed for a week in October and were are a little nervous about visiting the island during rainy season, but the weather was lovely. The condo was perfect for our family. Our group consisted of my mother in law, my sister in law, my 17 year old son, my husband, and myself. There was plenty of space for all of us and my mother-in-law absolutely loved the view from the large balcony. She enjoyed her coffee on the balcony every morning and the sunsets in the evening were amazing. The kitchen……

“We loved having the extra space of a condo versus a hotel room, and this condo was lovely, updated and included plenty of amenities. The owner responded immediately when we had a toilet leak and had it repaired ASAP. The beds weren’t super comfortable, so we had sore necks the entire time, but overall it was great. We were disappointed in the overall state of the condominium complex. It was quite rundown and the beach/swimming area wasn’t great. Additionally, there is an abandoned condo complex……

“Kyle was accommodating enough to allow early check in since my flight got in around noon. Access to the condo was seamless. It was clean and well kept; though the furniture needs updating. I loved the quiet beach for lounging. The onsite bar has a great spicy margarita. Had breakfast down the street at coconut Joes’’s a few times. The best snapper I’ve had in a while came from Peppers! Great stat overall. Use Rowan Water sports for your tours! They’re great! ”

“My family (4 adults and 2 kids) really enjoyed our stay. The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. We appreciated the large washer and dryer - we didn't really need to pack so many clothes! The beach immediately in front of Cayman Reef Resorts had been washed away but there was a nice stretch of sand adjacent to the property that was like our own private beach. Floats, chairs and noodles were provided for use……
