“This is a great hotel, has everything you need. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub is fantastic and the rooms are big and well stocked. Overall would visit again. Lots of activities to do within the resort as well. ”

“My wife and I came to Palm Heights to celebrate my birthday and Maria and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable! The food at Tillie’s is the best on the island and the spa and gym are amazing! We can’t wait to come back ”

“Everything was great. I was unlucky and got bad weather so the pier wasn’t accessible and there were no chairs on the beach. Other than that, everything was great.
The only downside was that the front desk was hard to reach even during opening hours.”

“A last minute reservation at 6:00 PM, due to a flight cancellation.
Reserved a garden-view Queen-suite. The room as clean and everything was in good repair.
Dined at the on-site restaurant, the Driftwood Bar & Grill. The food was tasty; the portion a good size and was served hot. Ate at the bar and the bartender was attentive and friendly.”
