There are also a number of boutique shops downtown (~ 15 mins away) and the Conestoga Mall is close at hand.
After a day out, unwind back at the apartment with a game of foosball, a cozy movie night on the smart TV with Netflix, or some time outside on the shared deck and yard. The open floor plan makes it easy to gather, while thoughtful extras like exercise equipment, a desk for remote work, and updated furnishings add comfort for both short and longer stays.
The fully equipped kitchen has all the basics for home-cooked meals, and family-friendly touches like a high chair and portable crib are available. You’ll also enjoy free WiFi, central A/C, in-unit laundry, and easy parking.
Please note: this is an upstairs unit with exterior steps, and long-term renters live in the downstairs unit with a separate entrance. The driveway, deck and backyard are shared. There is no shared entrance and no shared interior space. Exterior security cameras are in place for safety and do not face interior spaces. Also, the color of the futons/couches in the living room have changed – they are now black and red.

Respect for the Home and Neighborhood Please treat this home with respect, as you would your own. This is a nice home situated in an affluent residential neighborhood, not a hotel, so we ask all guests to be mindful of the property, neighbors, and overall environment during their stay.
Quiet Hours Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep noise levels low during this time, including limiting late-night arrivals, departures, and outdoor activity.
Guest Count The number of guests must match the reservation at all times. Unauthorized or unpaid guests are not permitted. If additional guests are present beyond what was booked, additional charges may apply or the reservation may be canceled.
No Animals No animals or pets are allowed on the property.
Child Supervision Guests are responsible for supervising children at all times and ensuring they respect the home and surrounding property.
Furniture and Room Setup Please do not rearrange furniture, beds, or mattresses. Items must remain in their original rooms and positions. Please use the bedrooms as set up and do not move furniture between rooms.
Smoking Policy Absolutely no smoking on or around the premise. If you smoking is smelled, additional cleaning fees may apply.
Thermostat Use Thermostat settings should be kept within a reasonable range and not adjusted excessively.
Parking Parking for guests is on the right side of the driveway (underneath the basketball hoop). Parking is limited to a maximum of two vehicles. Please do not block driveways, park on neighbors’ lawns, or obstruct neighboring properties. The garage is used by long term downstairs renters and is not available for guest use.
Grill Use Use of any grills that you bring is allowed, but please utilize them safely and responsibly (away from the house and trees). Guests should use personal grills on the porch or deck without permission.
