「This place was centrally located, walkable to dining and all through the main part of town easily. It was clean and inviting. It is in an old house, so walls are not soundproof, but it wasn't terrible. The bed itself was slightly saggy, and the frame squeaked at every move, but we survived. I appreciated the ease of check-in and parking. 」

「Opening the door drew big wow comments! Superbly set up for our group of 2 couples. Clean/modern and great location for walking around town and the river walk. Washer/dryer/dishwasher were great. The beds were quite comfortable. This rental is perfect for handicap access. My credit card had been compromised and then replaced so when Kate tried to process payment it was declined. The location of this property is incredible. Just a stone’s throw from downtown. The bed needs to be updated. The fan in the bathroom ran all night. The lights in the parking lot shined in the window all night. I asked about the laundry facilities but never received an answer so don’t plan on doing any laundry because it isn’t in the suite. Otherwise a reasonable stay.」

「Communication with Kate was so easy and even though they were at capacity and needed to flip all units, they still managed to get us in a little earlier than the 4pm check-in and it was so appreciated. Great property and location. Wish we had stayed longer!」
