"I had the best sleep I have had in several years. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. I reset my alarm 3 times, it was that good. The room and the bathroom were very clean and there weren’t any unpleasant odors in either. The receptionist was very helpful, not just for us, but we heard him giving recommendations for restaurants that would still be open late at night for the couple in front of us. He did great! I don’t remember his name, but he was there around 9-10 pm on Friday, August 28, 2026. The other staff that we encountered were also very friendly. I appreciated the lady who was there for breakfast and talked to me about the pancake making machine. I pray that God blesses the staff at this hotel, as they were very nice to us."

"This beautiful home sits on the banks of the Maumee River. There is a terrace where you can sit and enjoy the vista of the river with egrets, eagles, ospreys, and great herons flying over the river. Another plus for this home is that there is a indoor pool that also overlooks the river. The meticulously clean bedroom is spacious and well decorated. Marta and her husband went over the top to make sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. We are so fortunate that we found this VRBO close to Grand Rapids, Ohio. Grand Rapids has many shops and restaurants and we enjoyed walking along the river."

"Room was clean and cleaning staff were very helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent over the 4 days. Refrigerator in room did not work and after reporting to maintenance they came in and left the room unlocked. Refrigerator still did not work. No communication about this."
