Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cannot say enough about the accommodations...from the easy check in/check out to the well stocked kitchen necessities. Parking was the only SLIGHT issue. Apparently our little cul-de-sac was the popular place to be this weekend ;) Tiki Turtle was the place for relaxing drinks and entertainment. Can't say enough about this place.

Bathroom could use a little refresh, wall paint above shower peeling and toilet seat discolored, but overall loved it!

Everything was well taken care of and clean. Our unit was nice and well stocked. Our only issue was parking. Our condo was on the 300 loop and all of our neighbors had 2 or 3 vehicles plus golf carts. We often had to park a great distance away and walk to the room. Each house should have one reserved spot. This would be our only complaint and this would make us hesitate before coming again.
