"The hotel and room were clean. The room was spacious. I expected a more comfortable bed with an upgraded executive king room. Regular size pillows would be nice also. Overall it was good, other than preferring a more comfortable bed."

"Room was clean and breakfast was great. There is not daily maid service, but if you need anything I’m sure they would help. Our GFI outlet wasn’t working and took a full day for them to figure out the issue and fix it.
There was trash left outside by other guests that wasn’t picked up by employees.
Didn’t affect our stay. I’d stay there again."

"The breakfast could be improved with some additional choices. Every day was the same. The fruit selection was apples...no oranges, bananas, etc. Only plain yogurt, only plain bagels, only plain cream cheese. Every day it was scrambled fake eggs and sausage links which were not very desireable. On the plus side, the coffee was excellent and there were several choices of cereal and oatmeal."

"Extremely frustrating stay. On my first night I arrived after a long drive and could not get in my room. The code did not work and I needed to wait for an agent (via phone) to reset it since they do not have an attendant on site, which I knew and was not a problem. BUT it was very irritating to arrive and not be able to access the room. Secondly, the shower faucet was stuck on hot and I could not get cold water. The water was scalding and I could not take a proper shower. I honestly could have been burned. I called the support number again and did not get an answer.
I checked out the next day for an excursion in Moab and left a few items in the fridge. I sent a message 30 minutes after I left and well before checkout asking if there was a way to set them aside since I would be checking back in and never even received a response. Very poor customer service to not even try to assist a guest that was checking back in to the property for a 2nd reservation. I would have cancelled the booking but I didn't have time to coordinate. I arrived a couple days later for my 2nd stay and AGAIN the access code didn't work. I will not be staying at this property again and do not recommend it."
