We decided to choose for IBIS Como as it is near to the highway, near to the city of Como and has comfortable rooms. Very nice lady at the check in desk, very nice spatial room with good bathroom, thought the doors of the shower leaked quit a bit. Nearby a goof restaurant but within 20 minutes you are in de center of Como, right at the lake. Especially nice is that you can park for free in front of the hotel. Unfortunately you need to login with your credentials to get wifi access by the reasonable speed. For us also important is that the hotel is pet friendly so the dog could join us. We really loved it and recommend this IBIS Como hotel.

Bed bugs bit my wife the first night and it seems they know about it it was not a surprise the second night we asked the cleaning staff to wrap the bottom of the bed with clean sheets so they did.

Nothing amazing. There were no basic items, like a hot water pot, small fridge. The staff seem not to care about guests. If there was a question, they mostly had a limited way to communicate. Bad experience over all.

Hello team I did NOT have a joyed stay here at all 1-summer and air conditioned did not work in room and could not sleep at all in 3 nights was informed that AC was regulated and would not drop in temperature- I attempted to open window however it was storming and rain came into room - then attempted to just crack it open for air and was bitten by mosquitoes all night 2-shower had black mold in it and I wouldn’t even shower at home in these conditions not acceptable I alerted staff and also used your app as communication for housekeeping to clean properly and nothing was done 3 -was electrocuted by faulty iron that the whole hotel had to share and I asked for it to be replaced that didn’t happen 4-Twas a pet friendly hotel and room smelt of wet dog - very unpleasant I have alerted staff of all complaints and through your messaging system that doesn’t seem to get to them I need you to FIX this.

Grundsätzlich ganz in Ordnung. Das Zimmer war sauber,das Bett bequem, das Frühstück eher oke, aber man sollte sich nicht zuviel erhoffen. Parkplätze sind genügend da. Teils ist der Service nucht direkt fair gegnüber allen Gästen, so erhalten nicht alle Gäste die gleichen Leistungen(Entgeltlich) was sehr schade ist.
