「The location was great and the management company was extremely easy to work with. The unit does need some updates. The kitchen table and chairs were not comfortable and the carpet were pretty worn. The space was fine for 2 people and the kitchen was well equipped (except may need to get some more forks).」

「We can’t say enough about the location of this apartment. It’s located between two of the best streets for dining in the Heritage Hill neighborhood. We have enjoyed walking to restaurants, shops, parks and many other wonderful amenities nearby. Everything inside the apartment is brand new (furniture, kitchen items, bedding and mattresses, washer and dryer, etc.). What’s not new is the house. It’s a historical home (and feels like it), so don’t expect level floors and perfect walls. Those...
