"the pictures lie, super run down. our door lock did not work, they tried to fix it, we ended up using the window to get in and out. no blankets for the beds, only sheets - we asked the front desk for a blanket, they had none and offered us towels to use! no shampoo, only 1 small bar of soap. Pool was green and not open. I mean the price was super cheap, so it is what it is - few people living there, smoking and hanging out in parking lot etc."

"The staff upon arrival was kind and helpful. Our room was very clean and the A/C was perfect a good nights rest. Breakfast was good and fresh. We lounged in the lobby lounge area and talked, laughed, and caught up on life. This was a girls weekend and we enjoyed it! "

"Walls and windows are very thin and you can hear so much noise. We had a hard time sleeping. Also, the air conditioners are old and was super loud and making weird noise. Everything else was fine, but it is a noisy place."

"Staff were friendly and accommodating. The only downside was the pillows were either too stuffed and/or too hard. Breakfast was excellent and it is really close to downtown. We’d stay there again just need to bring our own pillow."

"Disappointed I did not see there was a $12 a day parking fee for Larkspur. Especially as they share the hotel parking with Hilton. Stayed 5 days at Larkspur and switched to Hilton last 2 days. Hilton was less expensive for room, and no parking fee which again shared parking with Larkspur. Just a greedy attempt to collect more money. Larkspur room was small. Didnt like the bag breakfast required to order day before. Ordered a bagel and no toaster in room or in community area. Was told toaster in room and opened all doors and drawers and still no toaster. "

"The room we got when we checked in was smaller than expected based on the on-line pics. When a large room became available due to a cancellation the staff contacted us by phone to let us know we could change rooms. I appreciate their follow up. They were also very helpful with restaurant suggestions and their suggestions were very good."
