Perfect Getaway
Even though the house was a bit outside of town, it wasnt that bad of drive to get into Grass Valley. Would be bumpy for an RV but very do-able. They had a garden you could pick vegetables and the view form the top deck was breathtaking. Internet sometimes became spotty but still able to stream movies. If you wanted to take a nice quiet walk this is a good place. Very pet friendly and host was very easy to contact.

Great break from the city!
We came from the Bay Area to attend a concert at the Arts Center. This was a perfect spot. Clean, had everything we needed! Very pretty house. Tal greeted us on arrival and offered for us to check out later on our last day because no one booked that day. My friend enjoyed doing yoga in the garden with the vegs and chickens! Really sweet place.

Perfect for a quick girls night away
We needed a quick night away to read, wine and catch up so we booked this cute little place. It was perfect for what we were looking for and a darling home. I wish we could go back during a time when we could pick flowers from their cute garden nearby! We were able to grab a few veggies and use them for our snackies - loved! 10/10 recommend grabbing your favorites foods, friends and bevies and sneaking away for a night here!

Me and my husband had an event close by and it was so nice to have a safe and quiet place to retreat to afterwards, such a nice place away from all the bright lights of the city! We felt right at home it had everything we needed. Thank you again Tal!!!

Yoga retreat without the yoga :)
My whole family (me, hub, 17yo, 21yo and our 1yo dog) absolutely loved Tal and Andra's cottage. It was bright, clean, breezy and cozy, with everything we needed to make meals that we ate on the back deck. The loft-ish bedroom felt like a yoga retreat center! But I didn't even have to do yoga! We hung a hammock in the little grove of trees off the back deck, took walks down the road, had coffee on the upstairs balcony to watch the sunrise, and wine on the front "porch" at sunset. It was a little further from Auburn than we thought (miles down back roads, all paved)--but not far at all from Grass Valley. Super relaxing!

An Amazing Weekend Getaway
