Our working cattle farm is quietly located on the outskirts of Grassau, just about a 6-minute walk from the town centre.
We offer spacious apartments with a shower/toilet and a kitchenette.
A lawn for sunbathing is available to all guests.
A parking space and a garage for bicycles are available.
The “Alm” holiday apartment and a double room are separated by a private hallway. (The holiday apartment can be booked with an additional double room as a separate bedroom.)

Newly renovated “Alm” holiday apartment for 2 people on the upper floor, featuring a safe, Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, double bed, and a well-equipped kitchen-living area with dining space, bathroom, and balcony.

The second bedroom, "Kälberblick," accommodates an additional 2 people and features the same amenities but without a kitchen or bathroom.
The two rooms are separated by a private hallway.
No pets allowed, and smoking is prohibited in the rooms.



The Moierhof is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Grassau, towards Oberdorf, just about a 6-minute walk from the town centre.
Shopping, restaurants, and the town centre are all within easy walking distance.
The farm is surrounded by meadows and fields—ideal for guests seeking relaxation in a rural setting.

Thanks to its central location in the Achental valley, the Moierhof is an ideal starting point for hikes, bike rides, and excursions.
Lake Chiemsee, with its swimming spots and boat tours, is just a few kilometres away. In winter, you can quickly reach the cross-country ski trails and smaller ski areas in the surrounding area.
Parking is available right next to the house.
