“This is everything you want in a VRBO! Extremely clean, warm and welcoming hosts, easy check in, cozy king size bed and the view while luxuriating in the hot tub is unbeatable! The location is 10 minutes from the Old Rag trailhead and about 20 into Sperryville. There’s a country store within walking distance. WiFi available, two big flat screens with streaming services and a well stocked kitchen. As an added bonus a group of friendly cows from the neighboring farm came right up to the fence line……

“The cabin was perfect for an overnight stay. It was so secluded and the woods were beautiful. We were able to walk to the winery/brewery down the road and spent a lovely night by the fire. We were comfortable sleeping in the cabin with the windows open. The farm was very cool although the llama (alpaca?) didn't seem to like me :) The owner was amazing and went above and beyond when we left something behind. Would definitely recommend as a unique overnight stay. ”

“What a wonderful place! The house offers both group gathering spaces and quiet nooks. The deck is a lovely space to eat breakfast. The kitchen was the most well equipped of any rental I have stayed at. The piano was a huge hit-! The beds are comfortable and the entire stay was fantastic. Anna was a superb host and was very easy to work with. I recommend this home to anyone. ”

“Nice, peaceful farmhouse with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Close to vineyards and quaint villages with great restaurants, however the best thing about it is its proximity to the Old Rag Mountain trailhead. If you're planning to do that hike, this home is just a short walk to the trailhead so you won't have to worry about the parking issues, and after the hike, the hot tub on the home's deck is heavenly! Wonderful place for a wonderful get away!”
