I recently stayed at the Springs River Hotel in Ebbsfleet and was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The room was spotlessly clean, and the air conditioning was a welcome touch—especially during the warmer evenings. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from check-in to check-out. One of the highlights was the adjoining pub, which made grabbing breakfast and evening meals super convenient. The food was tasty, and it was nice not having to venture far after a long day. For the price, the hotel offers excellent value, especially considering the amenities and location. There were a couple of minor drawbacks: the mattress was quite firm, which might not suit everyone’s preference, and there was a bit of dust due to nearby construction. However, these didn’t overshadow the overall comfort and convenience of the stay. If you’re looking for a well-priced, friendly place to stay in Ebbsfleet with good food options and clean, cool rooms, Springs River Hotel is a solid choice.

Spring river ist eine gute Basis für alle, die nah an der Fähre zu Dover sein wollen und auch nach London möchten. Ebbsfleet Station ist zu Fuß in 20 Minuten erreichbar und die South Eastern fährt innerhalb von 25 Minuten nach St. Pancras und trotz Zugticket ist man günstiger untergebracht als direkt in London. Frühstück erfolgt im daneben gelegenen Restaurant und ist gut - versch. Kaffeevarianten und alles andere als Buffet. Ansonsten gibt's unmittelbar in der Nähe einen kleinen Supermarkt. Zimmer hat ordentliche Größe und Wasserkocher. Natürlich hört man ein wenig den Verkehr der A2. Denke, dass ich diese Variante wieder wählen wuerde, wenn ich nach London will.

Bathroom very dirty for disabled‘s room the bathroom needs a deep clean.the plug sockets unusable to use as hidden underneath the bedside cabinet for a disabled person I could not get to it to plug my phone in so I had it close to me in the night. window black out curtains that are too small leaving a halo of light around the window this is the bath seat and shower rail filthy. Also shower head was awful wayer was terrible spraying all over the place needs a new shower head after travelling over 5 hours and arriving wanted to get a shower before bed and this is what the bathroom was like. I had to get the lady from reception to come and try get the rail down it took 2 members of staff to sort it out but as you see from the photos it’s very Unclean for an accessible disabled room being asthmatic I felt it was very dirty

I always appreciate my stay at spring river. I only wish there was a coat hook by the door but apart from that it has exactly what I need in a hotel for when I am working locally. So convenient for Bluewater shopping too. Great friendly staff!
