Very clean and comfortable. Straightforward booking. Requested ground floor and walk-in shower. They immediately contacted me and offered a disabled access bedroom with wet-room type bathroom. Throughout booking process communication was excellent. Room was immaculate, spacious and very comfortable. Staff attentive, helpful and friendly. Thanks, top marks !!

There's no phone in any of the rooms if there's any emergency. If nobody's at the reception, do you have a problem? There should be a personal lounge and bar not going across the restaurant. Thanks

Great hotel, staff are great. Rooms are cleaned every day with fresh towels. Pub on site is great for food and a pint. A local co-op opposite the pub which is handy. Stayed here due to work. Highly recommend. Wifi great too.

The hotel its self is very good, clean and staff very helpful. This is not so for the attached pub facility. During breakfast on the Saturday of our stay on going to the coffee station the area was covered in dust, the top of the coffee machines we quite frankly dirts and had obviously not been cleaned for some time, also between the machines we also very dirty. Cups which were in there were dirty, some 10 cups checked by myself and oters were rejected. I explained this to the guy on duty who just said its too dificult to clean as its in a cupboard, no apologise or we will look into it. We returned this morning to find the coffee station in the same state. Makes you wonder what the rest of the pubs cleanliness is like

We were greeted by the lovely staff. We really loved our 2 night stay at the Marston Inn Hotel. The Blue water Shopping mall and everything else was short distance away from the hotel. We would have loved it if we could see the Indian series on the Tv in our room. Would definitely recommend this hotel to any Couple like us or families to stay at this beautiful hotel.

Stayed in a double bed and our bedroom was quite big! Clean hotel room and very helpful staff. Excellent stay considering our budget. Only gripe is there's no hand-held shower, just an overhead and a bath, but otherwise the bathroom was completely fine.

Really great price at short notice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean tidy and spacious. We were on the ground floor and didn't here any noise from other guests or from the A2 that runs near the hotel.

It was really nice to be back to this hotel and pub again. The room and meals prices are very reasonable. The rooms are spacious and clean. We had a quiet night last night and the staff were friendly. Location is convenient to drive to Bluewater shopping centre.
