“This condo itself is an okay unit but the building it’s in has long term occupants that give cause for concern . If felt unsafe when we pulled in. My granddaughters were very hesitant to even get out of the car ( and no they don’t live in gated communities ) Broken down cars and junk all over . Little kids playing unattended riding bikes right in front of your car. “We were in Midship. A family was both above and below us. Everything you need for a night or a week! Large open plan living with fireplace and comfortable seating, dining for six if needed and a card or puzzle building table with its own light. We fixed several meals in the kitchen. The large bathroom has a lovely shower and comes with full size washer and dryer to launder your beach clothing. Nice towels and wash clothes provided. We were a party of four. “The bathroom was very dirty, Streaks of coffee or soda all down the vanity. When I went to put water in the coffee pot, had no idea it was already completely full of water to the brim and spilled all over, which I cleaned up immediately, but no water should be in the coffee pot. Chairs on deck should both be nice adirondacks and cleaned. Very dirty. Water drain noise is deafening when raining. We did not sleep well because of that. Location was good.”
