“Clean room and very friendly staff ”

“Room was clean and spacious. Comfortable king bed. Was disappointed that the pool was closed for deep cleaning. The pool was the reason I booked here. Guess i should have called to confirm. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty ”

“We weren't sure what to expect booking outside of a chain hotel. Room was attractively styled with numerous little touches that made it a delightful place to stay. Host was not on site when we arrived but made all the necessary arrangements via text message. She was very helpful. Would recommend this place to anyone traveling through the area.”

“It was very cleanand well stocked, the property owners were very nice and helpful, and the place is in a great location close to everything we wanted to do! Definitely recommend if you need a place in the area!”

“The breakfast was a little disappointing. There was no jelly for biscuits, no coffee machine, and limited food options, but they did have a waffle maker. The lighting in the room and bathroom was very dim, but the room was nice and the bed comfortable. The room was hot when we arrived because the AC was turned off, but otherwise we had a good stay.”

“We found the bed and pillows to be uncomfortable. The room was clean and looked as good as the pictures on the website. You are downtown so outside noise can be heard from the 6th floor. Most of the car noise ended around midnight.”

“I checked in at 3 AM with my three boys, exhausted and just hoping to get some rest, only to walk into our room and find a cockroach. Completely unacceptable, especially when traveling with kids. To make matters worse, Expedia is refusing to refund my money until they speak with a manager—but the manager won’t take any calls. So we’re stuck dealing with a disgusting situation and zero support. Save yourself the stress and stay far away from this property.”

“Quick and easy check in rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel is on a busy intersection but traffic noise wasn’t too bad. Guests are offered a discount at the onsite restaurant. ”

“Bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly. When it says "sleeper sofa" it's not actually a bed. The couch folds out into basically a thick mat on the floor. Breakfast was good. Staff was super nice. Love the firepit. ”

“Great hotel and location was fantastic!!! So many things within walking distance. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was great with plenty of options. It was also nice to have access to a gym while on vacation! ”

“They canceled our reservation the day before check in. Then called the day of check in and said they had a room. We stopped in and it was so dirty. Bugs all over the bathroom and in the room. Beds were a mattress on a metal base. They were only full size, not queen. We didn’t stay. ”
