“The apartment was in a very central location for the old town and bars and restaurants. However it could be noisy at night and with no aircon we had to have windows open. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a single sofabed, and 2 double sofa beds in the living room,. There were only 2 of us so it was ample. Plenty of towels provided, however they were old and thin, could definitely do with replacing. And there was only 1 teatowel for drying dishes, which wasn't really enough for 4……

Eine kleine Geschirrspülmaschine und ein großzügiger Kühlschrank sind dort eingebaut. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt zu empfehlen. Der Fernseher ist 180 Grad schwenkbar und sehr gut vom Bett und auch vom davor angebrachten Schreibtisch aus betrachtbar. Empfang ist dort via Satellit. Die Versorgung mit Internet via WLAN……

“My wife and I stayed in the MH Living apartment for two nights in November 2025. The apartment was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The location was great as it is close to the center (15 min walk) or a few minutes to the tram (we loved riding around Graz on the tram and even used it to visit our friend in the hospital). “This accommodation was very run down. They only accept cash for payment. There is no working elevator. The floors of the apartment are badly stained and damaged. The furniture is junky. I feel like this place could be good if they had someone come in and decorate a bit, put down some rugs. Hung some nice art. Moved the furniture around. It just feels like there is no care put in. “Ein sauberes und großzügig angelegtes Appartement mit guter Küchenausstattung und guten Matratzen.Die kleine süsse Aufmerksamkeit in Küche und auf dem Bett hat uns gefreut. Die Vermieter erreichbar und sehr freundlich.Einzig die Lage um Erdgeschoß war nicht nach unserem Geschmack.”
