The hotel is located right in the center. All main sights are within walking distance. The rooms were clean, quiet and overall good value for the money. Parking on site is expensive though (30 Euros per day).

Breakfast was very disappointing, in terms of availability (most of bowls were empty) and quality (tastless food). Austrian hotels of same level have usually great breakfast, but this one was a big disappointment.

Perfect location for walking in old Graz. Very friendly helpful staff. Our room with a view was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Quiet. Excellent breakfasts. Plenty of restaurants nearby for other meals. Good value.

Fabulous on all fronts

Wonderful hotel - exceeded expectations on all fronts - crisp, clean, spacious modern room with ample storage, a fridge ( v important for me) warm lighting, beautiful bathroom, lovely soaps, shampoos etc great coffee - but above all, the staff were quite exceptional - helpful far beyond the call of duty - highly recommended

We loved this hotel - it was close to everything - shops, dining, places of interests etc. Reception staff were lovely, friendly, polite and efficient. The hotel was clean and amenities and bed were comfortable. The gym was great. Parking was next door at a reasonable rate. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Graz.

Fantastic location, all tourist locations are with 10/15 mins walk. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Clean rooms. No bar or evening restaurant is the only let down, but no huge problems as everything you need is on its doorstep

Almost perfect stay

Thermostat was not operational so we slept very hot due to no air flow. No shower gel. Otherwise very nice, spacious, comfortable room and hotel lobby.
