"The worst parts of this property was the parking lot issues and they staff's attention to the issue. The parking "cards" seldom worked and, although they were "re-scanned" by staff 5 times during our 2 day stay, it was a true "hit-and-miss adventure. Staff was very aggressive with her attitude towards my wife the first time she went to complain."

"Quick overnight stay. Asked for a quiet room away from others. End of the hall, 6th floor. People were quiet. Water through the pipes was NOT. Squealing and whining when someone sharing the line above or below flushed or showered. Bed was comfy. Appreciated the Keurig and real creamer a great deal. Had it not been for the noisy pipes, it would have been a really nice stay."

"Very loud constantly heard the workers radios and the people next door / huge spot lights directly facing in the window / room was very dirty / the amount of dust on everything it was like the room was vacant for quite some time / woke up with red bites on my left arm and wrist "

"Room was clean and spacious. Staff answered any questions we had and room service were on it. There is restaurants available on site and the burgers at Hannah's were also really good. Hotel is close to clubs and other restaurants near too."
