「Hello, we enjoyed our stay at the villa, thank you for the beautiful space. There were a few things I wanted to make you aware of. In Room 1083: the floor was not the cleanest, which is important to us since we have a 2 year old who spends so much time on the floor. The coffee maker had a coffee filter and coffee still in it, that was moldy and nasty. I think that coffee maker needs some attention. The key card provided didn't open the pool which was really frustrating. I didn’t see or come...

「I am willing to pay extra for this place because it is walk in to the gondola. Except when the gondola doesn't run which seems to be about 50% of the time in my experience over the years. No biggy, in that case we have an alternative: drive to the CA main lodge ... except surprise surprise starting this year you need to reserve parking ... and of course 'on the day of' there is no more parking available ... so Heavenly says take the free shuttle bus ! Except when the gondola is closed there is...

「The property was located at the tip top of the mountain, which had beautiful views. The grounds are well-maintained. Elevators worked perfectly. Our stay was super comfortable very clean. Everything we needed was provided easy parking. It was a little warm in the room but the amazing views made up for no AC」
